EVE LIU
Eve trained as a food scientist and later transitioned into chefdom! She worked for over a decade in some of South Australia's most loved restaurants and cafes (including Star of Greece and Mullygrub).
She is now blending her knowledge of flavours, her cheffing experience & her motherland cuisine to bring you the most delicious Taiwanese-Australian fusion food.
Her values strongly centre around local community and everything being done with a conscious heart. Her products are prepared by hand, from locally sourced fresh ingredients and a small footprint is always considered.
Feeding Matilda & Friends is good for the local community, good for the environment and good for you!

Wherever possible Eve sources her ingredients from local Fleurieu businesses and where needed preferentially from South Australian ones.

You can spot her every week at the Willunga Farmer's market hand picking ingredients for that week's cook up.
