EVE LIU Eve trained as a food scientist and later transitioned into chefdom! She worked for over a decade in some of South Australia's most loved restaurants and cafes (including Star of Greece and Mullygrub). She is now blending her knowledge of flavours, her cheffing experience & her motherland cuisine to bring you the most delicious Taiwanese-Australian fusion food. Her values strongly centre around local community and everything being done with a conscious heart. Her products are prepared by hand, from locally sourced fresh ingredients and a small footprint is always considered.
