How to Pan fry your dumplings

To Pan fry: Heat a dash of oil in a pan. Add the frozen dumplings, drizzle over 2-3 tbls oil. Fry until their bottom is brown. Add ~110 ml water, turn down heat & cover with lid. Cook for 8 mins. Serve or for crispy skin, turn & fry each side until brown.
